Melbourne celebrants

An additional Eastern Suburbs area for celebrants has been added.

• City and inner suburbs: Cities of Melbourne, Port Phillip and Yarra
• Western suburbs: Cities of Brimbank, Hobsons Bay, Maribyrnong, Wyndham, Moonee Valley and Sire of Melton
• Northern suburbs: Cities of Darebin, Hume and Moreland
• North Eastern suburbs: Cities of Banyule, Nillumbik and Whittlesea
• Eastern suburbs: Cities of Boroondara, Knox, Manningham, Maroondah, Whitehorse.
• South Eastern suburbs:  Cities of Bayside, Casey, Greater Dandenong, Frankston, Glen, Kingston and Monash and Shire of Cardini

Until now there has been only North-Eastern suburbs and South Eastern suburbs

This means removing yourself from one of those area to go into Eastern suburbs
